How to measure
- Wrap a strip of paper or a soft tape around your wrist, just above the wrist bone.
- Mark where it meets and measure it flat.
- Add about 2 cm for a relaxed fit, or 1 cm if you like it closer.
Delivery: flat Rs 300 anywhere in Pakistan. Orders are packed within 1 to 2 working days and usually reach you within 3 to 5 working days after that. You get a tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp once your parcel ships.
Payment: cash on delivery is available on every order, so you pay the courier when your parcel arrives.
If something is wrong: record a clear unboxing video and message us within 24 hours of delivery. If the piece is damaged or we sent the wrong item, we will replace it or refund you and cover the return cost. For hygiene reasons worn earrings cannot be returned.
Care: keep your jewellery away from perfume, water and lotion, put it on after getting ready, and store it in its pouch to protect the plating.
